Primary Responsibilities

· Very good English skills on Phone and in writing

· Carrying out calibration / re-calibration activities for user equipment

· Maintaining quality procedures and processes for the offered services under guidance from global service labs

· Laying process and quality procedures and to subsequently lead ISO 17025 and other required accreditation for the Temperature calibration lab

· Interacting with users to support in answering technical query on product functioning.

· As and when necessary attend to field service requirements from time to time

· Fulfillment & Delivery on customer services contracts

· Preparing re-calibration & service contract quotations for customers.

· Acting as point of contact for customer for logistics & commercial transaction related to re-calibration & service related sales.

· Providing after-sales support, technical support, after sales commissioning to GE Thermal Validation products & solutions in India region.

· Manage rental services as and when commercialized

· Provide leadership on product technical & service related matters.

Qualifications Required

· Min Qualification: Diploma in Electronics / equivalent

· Desirable : Engineering degree in Electronics / Electrical discipline – knowledge about temperature and electrical precision calibration

· Experience: at least 3 years in service function for laboratory / calibration / field-services for electronics / instrumentation products
