Primary Responsibilities
? Reporting to Finance Controller of Amphenol AS Changzhou, closely working with Amphenol China controllership functions;
? Review accounting transaction & voucher entry; pay more attention on manual GL journals with medium/high risk journals;
? Lead/coach accounting team and review team members’ work;
? Lead financial closing, consistently improve closing efficiency and optimize closing process;
? Maintain & develop accounting mapping, standard operation procedure;
? Prepare Amphenol GAP financial statements and China GAAP financial statements;
? Drive control activities such as payment control, stock take and proper accounting documents filing;
? Lead account reconciliation, ensure all balance sheet account met with Amphenol criteria;
? Prepare STAT finance report, maintain bridge between Amphenol GAAP with PRC GAAP, maintain STIR system;
? Calculate export tax burden, timely and accurately book to account;
? Manage tax bureau requests/relationship professionally with integrity;
? Ensure annual inspection and other statutory requirements done in a correct and timely manner.
? Coach/supervision transactional accounting (cash/bank/AR/AP/DT/DF/FA)
