Role’s Mission:
Ensure the correct starting of operations in the plant, contributing to its growth through the set up and development of efficient production processes.

Responsibility areas of the role:
Zanini’s production processes include plastic injection, painting line and assembly. Directly reporting to the Plant Manager, the person will initially deal with most aspects of operations (production, maintenance...), which will be progressively distributed to the corresponding workforce, paral.lel to the growing of the production needs and the evolution of the plant itself.
桑尼尼的产品工艺包括塑料注塑,涂装线及装配.直接向工厂经理汇报, 最初负责处理运营各方面事务(生产,维护…..), 日后随着物流需要及工厂发展,会逐步将事务分配给相应的工作人员
Responsibilities and tasks of the role:
Painting and molding tasks 涂装及模塑:
- Manages and leads Painting and Molding process 管理主导涂装及模塑成型工艺
- Completes records and reports to Plant Manager about result.完成生产记录并向工厂经理汇报
- Analyzes problems in production and tries to find full sail solutions. 分析生产中遇到的问题并制定解决方案
- Prepare and create paint and molding line documentation. 准备并制定涂装及模塑生产线文件
- Prepares Paint and Molding line Budget 制定生产预算
- Responsible for the production plans accomplishment (assuring the quality targets, productivity, procedures and instructions of safety, quality and environment). 负责生产计划的完成(确保质量目标,生产率,程序,生产安全质量环境指令)
- Responsible to fulfil technical data and packaging sheet, and all methods related. 履行技术资料数据,包装等相关事务
- Makes the traceability pursuit. 生产追踪
- Guarantees the correct fulfillment of the operative documentation in the work satation. 保证生产现场的操作性文件的正确实行
Maintenance tasks 维护:
- Manages all preventive and predictive activities to achieve the minimum breakdowns in the production. 进行所有预防及预测性活动使生产故障率最小
- Must fulfill and order fulfill the procedures and instructions of safety, quality and environment . 确保完成生产指令及安全质量环境相关的指令
- Defines, control and manage the spare parts inventory, looking for the replacement of components under minimal quantity. 制定,控制并管理备件存货,准备好最小量的部件的替代品
- Defines all tools and equipment necessary to accomplish the Maintenance Plan, including the software to manage all activities related with maintenance department. 制定技术维护计划所需的所有工具及装备,包括与维修部相关的所有活动所需的软件
- Deals with production problems when the process is stopped, and try to solve as soon as possible others which don’t need stop our process. 生产终止时处理生产问题,并尽快解决
- Responsible to manage all maintenance records, writing all corrective actions and root causes. 负责管理所有维修记录,记录所有纠正措施及根本原因
- Manages all maintenance activities to be done by outsourcing companies. 负责所有外包的维护工作
- Checks maintenance standards of the Production and acts immediately if something is wrong 检查生产维护标准,及时应对出错并采取措施

Some months ago, the chinese society was created: Zanini (Changhzhou)
Autoparts, Co.Ltd., and in October 2013 the building of the new production
site in Changzhou started. Zanini’s brand new plant in China will start
operations in May 2014, and we are starting to look for our team of new
employees through diverse selection processes.
