RESPONSIBILITIES

· Assist managers and supervisors with the creation, maintenance, and distribution of documentation according to the requirements of the Quality Manual, Quality Management Systems, ISO 9001, TS16949, ISO 14001 and other related standards.

· Assist managers and supervisors in the implementation, review, and training of Quality System documentation and the related processes.

· Maintain and control Quality Business System records, applicable regulatory documents, and documents of external origin.

· Process and monitor Corrective Actions, Internal Audits (customer and/or internal) for resolution and effectiveness.

· Plan, manage and conduct internal audits and serve as a Lead or Internal Quality Systems and Safety Auditor.

· Train Internal Systems and Safety Auditors

· Provide ongoing support for the effective implementation and improvement of the Quality Business System.

· Maintain documentation of preventive action activities.

· Assist in preparation for management reviews, internal audits, and 3^rd party audits.

· Adheres to quality and safety systems or maintenance of quality and safety standards.

REQUIREMENTS

· Proficient knowledge of ISO 9001, QS9000, TS16949, ISO14001, and/or other standards applicable to the site.

· Good English communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.

· Ability to work with management to establish project Milestones, and executes project plan with minimal supervision required.

· Ability to work toward defined objectives with minimal direct supervision

· Works well in a Team environment and guides the team as the "expert" in a particular field.

· Demonstrated experience in participating on multi-disciplinary product development teams

· Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.

· Proficient knowledge of computers, Microsoft office ( Excel, Word, and Powerpoint )

· Willing to travel, domestic and/or abroad.
