I. POSITION PURPOSE:


This role is expected to evolve over the next 2 - 4 years as China growth is realized. Initial focus is IT infrastructure support in Beijing Office



§ Responsible for delivery of IT services on Beijing

· Network and telephone system maintenance in Beijing Office

· Software and Hardware purchase and maintenance in Beijing office

· Communicate with Global Infrastructure Team to support Beijing office



§ Audit control for computer systems in Beijing Office to compliance with SOX request.



§ Work with service desk for daily IT work. Such as user apply, file server security, telephone conference control etc.



§ Work with IT supplier to support user desktop in Beijing Office.








MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
· Network and telephone system maintenance
· Record the down time for network and telephone system
· Computer system control to compliance with SOX Audit · Gap findings for annually audit
· Software and Hardware purchase · Customer satisfaction for software and hardware purchase process
· User support · User satisfaction for daily support


I. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :


Mandarin as first language; Multi Lingual; fluent English (verbal and written) is required



College education or high. Computer system department



Minimum three to five years experience in IT



Familiar with Microsoft system , include OS, office and Basic computer Knowledge on Network and print system



Have team-work spirit, willing to learn
