Responsibilities/Tasks

职责/任务

1.
Monitoring modification, upgrading in line
with the company standard or specified regulation and troubleshooting existing
production process.

根据公司标准、规则或故障解决方法，对现有的生产工艺进行监控、修改、提升；

2.
Preparing production flow, instruction,
process documentation, etc.

负责准备生产流程、生产指导书以及工艺文件等；

3.
Working closely together with other function
to implement continuous improvement.

与其他部门紧密合作，保持生产工艺的持续改进；

4.
Coordinating with other function for new
product and new material test.

协调其其他部门参与新产品、新材料的测试和开发。

Education background, relevant professional skills

岗位所需学历及相关专业技能

1.
College degree or above with major in automatic
control or electrical related.

大专或以上学历，自控、电气等相关专业毕业；

2.
At least 5 years working experience and at
least 2 years in extruding or laminating process. Experience in coil or
aluminum panel will be a plus.

至少5年以上工作经验，在辊涂、挤出或复合工艺至少工作2年以上，铝卷或铝塑复合板行业优先考虑；

3.
Be familiar with control system such as
Siemens Programable Logic Controller (Siemens PLC).

熟悉西门子控制系统；

4.
Basic English skills, ability to read and
draft engineering drawing.

基本英语能力，能够看懂和绘制工程图纸；

5.
Capability of problem solving and analysis.

分析问题和解决问题的能力。
