Main Responsibilities
- Generate the accurate information of forecasting, obtaining and entering sales orders.
- Generate new item code and to input sales order information in the system for the plant manager to recognize it
- Check the production status and discuss the production schedule with plant rep to meet the customer’s delivery date.
- Contact with the customer and determine when is the specific delivery date for each item
- Give the plants delivery information and make the plants ship out the products (Pick Release the sales order)
- Calculate the proper production level and delivery date for each customer’s sales order
- Give an sample order to the plant and manage the sample to be produced

Main Requirements
- University or technical college education
- Experience in the application of ERP software (SAP)
- 3+ years experience in metal material processing industry or automotive industry
- Pay attention to the details
- Superior customer service skills; ability to work directly with customers to establish a long term relationship
- Excellent communication (oral and written) skills; ability to communicate with all levels in the organization; Excellent English language skills
- Personal traits should include the ability to utilize human relation skills to motivate, train, understand, and develop others to attain the objectives
- Desire to take initiative and develop a pro-active relationship with employees through follow-up, understanding their needs and fostering a collaborative relationship
- Ability to organize and prioritize workload; must be able to manage multiple tasks at once without sacrificing attention to detail
- Must be flexible and able to operate in a fast-paced and demanding environment
- Solid computer skills with software applications proficiency, including strong Microsoft Office skills. Ability to learn new software programs quickly
- Must also possess leadership skills to direct, lead and develop other personnel to accomplish personal, plant and corporate objectives.
