Responsibilities:

§ Administration of centrally hosted IT Systems in an IT environment.

§ Documentation of processes, errors cases and their troubleshooting

§ Installation and configuration of Unix and Linux systems

§ Administration of SAN / storage environments

§ Administration of ERP Systems FORS and SAP System (IBM AIX)

§ 2^nd level Support through the company internal ticketing system

§ Collaboration with other internal Support Teams as well as external Service Providers.
Requirements:
§ University degree in Computer Science or equivalent in professional experience

§ Highly proficient in spoken and written English.

§ 2-3 years of working experience with Unix and Linux Systems (i.e. HP-UX, Suse, RedHat, AIX)

§ Experience with SAN environments (Brocade) and possible NetApp storage systems

§ Good knowledge of databases

§ Very good analytical and system-oriented thinking

§ Team Player skills and goal-oriented

§ Good communication skills (written and spoken)
