- Customer Demand Forecast processing

- Shipping scheduling, customer confirmation

- Inventory controlling, including safety stock and inventory turn over monitoring
- Accounts receivables collection monitoring

- Customer satisfaction improvement
- Monthly collect the KPI

- Make production plan based on sales orders

- Make analysis of production capacity based on sales forecast，and provide suggestion on machine investment

- Coordinate internally to assure the production order finished on time.

- Make and analyze daily planning data like OEE, efficiency, output,and report to related department.
