职位描述
Leading the Customer Service and PMC team. Understand and fullfill the customer’s needs and order, organize the internal resouce to ensure customer satisfaction. Manage the area of responsibility of the logistics, including production plan, material plan, warehouse management, shipping, customer order management , inventory control and continuous improvement, manufacturing orders and delivery to the customer with the exact amounts and at the time specified. Responsible for production planning and buyer management, for F/G WH, raw material WH and WIP WH management, transportation, support custom clearance and CCIB management, stock controlling and relative cost controlling.
Main Taskes
Customer servive
Get customer order and forecast from both internal and external customer, acknowledge customers for order receiving; Coordinate all related departments to get commitments to customer orders; Tracking the entire order process from order entry to delivery to ensure on time delivery and service quality; Manage quotation to internal customers; Provide monthly sales figure and necessary information to support account department; Deal with customers queries relating to delivery, quotation and project to ensure customer satisfaction; Managing of order processing team; Supervise customer service team to deliver timely response and follow-ups to customers with priority; Optimize the process/workflow to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of customer service; Ensure customer credit control and debtors collection in good management; Involve in Sales forecast planning reports on time.
Logistics resources management:
Commitment and optimization of all resources regarding planning, discharging duties for the SAP interface, safeguard operating processes and adopt measures for this in order to reach a high degree of economic efficiency and guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction internally and externally.
Demand management.
Analysis customer forecast/demand accuracy per sales history , and conduct SIOP (Sales, Inventory &Operation Planning) meeting with sales team. Capacity request plan . To make sure maximum capacity utilization ,Work out the manpower and equipment capacity request in 3-6 months so that ME & Production Department can do some adjustment in advance . Customer order handling . Including order receiving , shipping arrangement , customer rejections handling Etc.
Bottleneck /Shortages management production plan/provision of components - disposition
To guarantee the fulfilment of the customer's order on the complete logistics chain from the supplier to the production to the customer incl. sales and distribution disposition in order to achieve the satisfaction of internal and external customers by delivery at the right time and in the requested quality and amount.
Logistics Location, Warehouse management
To ensure the logistical quality of the location in order to guarantee a high degree of customer satisfaction to the
controlling of the location and in order to safeguard external and external supply to customers.
Internal logistics (receipt and acceptance of incoming goods / -,transport, waste disposal, warehouse..)
Instituting the operative internal handling in order to ensure the current daily business and guarantee the optimum
control and management in safety way; implemented the general principle such as 5S, FIFO , Visual management , Dangerous goods storage etc . and provide related report to controlling.
Inventory Management:
Inventory Management : Continuous reduce FG stock as well as meet customer delivery request .Make FG planning models,such as MTO, MTS etc. ;Set up raw material inventory management strategy , such as Kanban and so on . Make the inventory analysis to simulate the inventory trend and make the actions plan to relealize the inventory target in quateraly basis; Monitoring and handling the excess and obsolete stock according to company regulation.
Customs Clearance
Support for the preparation of the relevant declarations and clearance measures to be carried out taking into account legal and country-specific points of view in timely manner with cetral SCM function; logistics cost reduction and logistic forwarder management.
Packaging/ Shipping
Coordination and operative administration of the customer packaging with due regard to the corresponding customer standards shared; Shipping arrangement and Manage products delivery according to customer order;
External Services
Organisation of the measures for the protection of the security of the works with external service providers, Carrying out other tasks related to this position (including examining and evaluating suggestions for improvement, as well as complying with industrial safety and environmental protection measures pertaining to the scope of duties)
Supplier Management
Supplier OTD, and work with sourcing team on purchasing LT, MOQ reduction ; work with suppliers on our raw material inventory management strategy, supplier consignment stock management and support sourcing team on cost down , localization works.
Responsible to implement ISO9001, ISO14001 etc. in logisitics department;
