Your Tasks / Responsibilities:

- Lead the project from initiation to completion

- Cooperate and coordinate with HRsolutions

- Key cooperation with co-IT Project support

- Effectively directing the activities of internal project team members, global project team members and suppliers

- Ensure the effective coordination and implementation of the change management concept so that it will accompany the respective responsible all along the project activities

- Ensure plan and coordinates the needed steering committee meetings/communication on a regularly basis

- Supervise, manage and mentor other HR professionals such as key users and project team members

- Involved in budget planning for HR project

- Plan annual operating budget and manage cost center expenses with HR/mgmt within business expectations

- Meet customers, stakeholders and/or departments to obtain feedback from a wide spectrum of Chinese users

- Ensure the effective communication with other locations

- Coordinate, plan and schedule SAP ERP and other IT systems required for the Shared Service Center on the requested modules together with the IT Project Leader

- Create HR specific documents to China such as reports, metrics, and dashboards

Your Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree majored in HR / Economics / Law or related fields

- 5 years' experience as project leader / International exposure on complex projects as HR project manager

- Strong project management skills

- Good communication skills / inter-cultural sensibility

- Knowledge of ERP systems-SAP preferable

- Fluent English in spoken and written, German would be a plus
