- Collect and analyze the forecast from customers

- Provide price sheet based on quotation to customers

- Follow up customer orders in production

- Make delivery note and invoice the orders

- Handle customer complain through internally communication

- Obey the EMS requirements, such as office garbage assort and collect, energy saving etc.

- Deliver the customer’s EMS requirements
