- Response for EHS management in BG CI..

Responsible for Kaizen and 5S activities in plant
- Lead the Continuous Improvement System to find all improvement points and aspects, together with operations to list the priority of problem solving.
- Lead the 5S management for both in workshop and office, make sure can come the global target.
- Support HR for the operation skill training in operators level.

- Bachelor degree with major in safety, environmental or related fields
- Working experience in foreign enterprises is preferred
- IE engineering background is required

- Familiar with safety, environmental regulations and knowledge
- Familiar with 5S management
- Familiar with CIS management

- Good skills in communication, coordination, and pushing issues
- Good ability in planning, organizing, analyzing & team work spirits;

- Active work attitude, willing to bear high work pressure

- Written & Oral communication in English;
- Familiar Office software;
