岗位描述/职责

1、负责注塑机设备(铸/锻和钣金件)表面油漆工艺过程执行；

2、生产工艺文件准备, 工艺优化与更新；新品稳定期前的首检确认；

3、 油漆工艺过程问题诊断及指导；

4、 确保产量和质量目标的实现；

5、 公司安排的其他工作。

工作要求/标准

1、机电、机械或相关专业中专以上学历；
2、两年以上机床/注塑机表面油漆生产/工艺技术经验优先；

3、了解相关质量分析方法；

4、经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司相关油漆专业技术；
5、能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
6、良好的合作和沟通能力；

7、具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；

8 、善于总结，表达能力强；

9、根据公司需求和事先书面通服从工作的调整与培训。
