1. 参与和协助设备供应商（PAMA 加工中心，井式氮化炉，数控车床，空压机等）对新生产和设施设备的安装调试。

2. 负责区域内的设备、设施日常巡检，执行相关的检查和处理的任务，对设备中发现的缺陷问题提出改进意见及方法并实施。

3. 对设备维护及设备机械故障的紧急处理和故障预防，对相关处理进行经验总结和分析。

4. 设备维修工具和设备备品备件的管理和消耗登记，及时发现并补充设备备件，保证维修的连续性。

5. 完成上级委派的其他工作

Job Description/Responsibility

1. Responsible for day-to-day facility management; which include: PAMA machine , CNC ,compressor, nitriding furnace system and so on

2. Monitor the progress of routine maintenance for various facilities and sub contractors for contracted-out jobs; even in plant construction period.

3. Conduct regular checks on facilities and production equipment to maintain smooth operation and public safety;

4. Spare parts and maintenance management,

5. Other responsibilities as assigned by superior

工作要求/标准

1. 大专以上学历，机械，机电专业或者相关专业。

2. 有机械专业的相关的维修技能证书。有钳工证。

3. 两年以上的设备机械维护工作经验，有较强的动手能力。

4. 具备团队合作精神和高度的工作热情。

5. 运用Auto-CAD,基本的Word,Excel电脑软件。

Job Requirement

1. Above college education; major in mechanical or Mechanical electrical integration or related field.

2. With technical license, computer skills for Microsoft Auto-CAD, word, excel;

3. More than two years Hands-on maintenance experience of equipments maintenance.

4. Teamwork spirit and a high degree of enthusiasm.
