Job responsibilities工作职责

1)按照设备保养计划，定期保养关键设备；

Responsible for regularly equipment repairing, modification and maintenance;

2) 负责申购零配件和工具，追踪采购进度，到货验收及库存管理

Responsible for purchase parts and tool .then track，goods receipt and management.

3）建立和维护设备档案，编写设备安全操作规程，点检表和保养计划

Establish and keep equipment files, writing equipment safety operation rules, check sheet and maintenance plan

4)负责设备故障的及时处理，并按要求填写报修单;

Responsible for deal with fault machine in timely. And fill maintain application form

Tracks and handles major hazards of equipment;

5)负责月度设备故障总结与分析;

Prepares monthly summary and analysis report of equipment failure;

6)负责设备突发状况的处理，并根据情节轻重及时上报部门经理

Responsible for emergency treatment equipment, and according to the seriousness and timely report to department manager

7)完成部门经理安排的其他工作。

Completes other work assigned by manager

Require

1.机械类，大专以上学历，

At least college degree majored in mechanism.

2.从事设备维护维修3年以上；

At least 3 years experience in equipment maintenance.

3.有钣金加工数控设备和喷涂线设备维修维护经验；

Experience in maintenance for sheet metal numerical control machining equipment and Painting line equipment.

4. 熟悉设备TPM流程；

Solid knowledge on TPM process;

The building occupied area is about 30k square meters. The total investment is about 20 million USD. We will follow Himoninsa's global culture to provide the generators in advanced technology and excellent quality.

In March 2009, we set up the sales office in Shanghai. The address is Huawen International Building, No. 999 Zhongshan West Road.
In March 2010, we set up the sales office in Beijing. The address is Jiatai International building, No 41 Sihuan Road, Chaoyang district.
