Job responsibilities工作职责：

●对现有的供应商评估和发展新的供应商

Assessment of potential new supplies and development of new suppliers

●对现有的供应商提供生产编制先进的产品/工艺品质计划

Advanced product/ process quality planning for new products/projects at existing and new suppliers;

●传授和跟进新的质量改进计划

Initiate and follow up quality improvement plan in systemic Approach

●多部门的交叉协调工作

Cross functional team work

●为供应商引导新的项目工作

Project work to lead new projects regarding supplier development function

●监督供应商业绩

Monitor suppliers’ performance based on Measurement of Performance

●根据图纸和问题情况，更新和发布部件进货检验流程

Release and update parts inspection plans for incoming inspection, based on drawing and issues.

●对内部提供支持联系供应商来解决生产/客户质量问题

Support internal functions and liaise with suppliers to solve production/custom quality issues.

●对不良品进行管理及报废

Manage non-conforming parts and area for returning NG parts, blocking suspect and scraping.

Job Qualification任职资格:

1.电机专业大专或以上学历

College Degree or above in Electromechanical

2.熟悉ISO9000管理体系，有职责意识和团队精神，能够承受 工作压力，良好的适应工作环境能力。

Familiar with the ISO9000 management system With a sense of responsibility and team spirit, with ability to meet certain work under pressure, and the ability to adapt to the environment better

3. 4年以上QE/SQE在质量保证方面的工作经历

Over 4 years working experience in quality assurance with QE/SQE background

The building occupied area is about 30k square meters. The total investment is about 20 million USD. We will follow Himoninsa's global culture to provide the generators in advanced technology and excellent quality.

In March 2009, we set up the sales office in Shanghai. The address is Huawen International Building, No. 999 Zhongshan West Road.
In March 2010, we set up the sales office in Beijing. The address is Jiatai International building, No 41 Sihuan Road, Chaoyang district.
