职位描述
Requirement
1. Safety proven experience (at least 3 years experience in a similar job preferably in mass production and/or automotive industry).
2. Must have proven experience of Chinese regulation concerning safety
3. Must be used to work with international teams.
4. Preferably to know the car industry sector and its safety risks (generate, compressed gas, magnesium, solvents...)
5. To be able to evaluate accurately a situation, analyze it, propose and put in place improvements
6. Be familiar with ISO14001/OHSAS18000
7. Be familiar with management of chemical , can make and understand MSDS requirement
8. Be familiar with management of explosive safety
9. Be familiar with waste water treatment process and know how to deal with hazard waste
10. Be familiar with related EHS law and codes
11. Know how to do risk assessment tools, can lead team to do risk assessment
工作职责及内容
? EHS engineer is in charge of safety for people and goods including buildings within the company for the overall plant, in the strict respect of Autoliv and local code policies
? Identifies the risks of accident and incident, elaborates and follows the associated plan of action and must ensure the processes are efficient enough to guaranty safety on site.
? Participate to the communication and actions with local environment, fire and safety bureaus.
? Other tasks assigned by his supervisor
Safety of people
1. Identify the training needs then train Autoliv’s and suppliers’ staff on time
2. Communicate the rules and act for their application
3. Coordination of ERT team and emergency exercises (i.e.: evacuation drill)
4. Build and follow safety procedures (fire, evacuation, accident, disaster …)
5. Check and improve job stations in order to be at the right level of ergonomics
6. According safety training follows and implement on time.
7. Coordinate, investigate EHS related cases and prepare reports in Lesson Learn, follow up the corrective actions.
8. Organize and in charge of Safety Committee operation
Process safety management
1. Pre-start review for all new process and new equipment
2. Control all the change of process and do the risk assessment
3. Daily safety monitor on process
4. Keep all the document of process safety management, review the related document every year
Plans of action and periodic verifications
5. Setting-up regular inspections for safety devices (i.e.: FAS, fire extinguishers, safety doors, sprinkler …)
6. Daily safety audit of overall plant including outside, inside buildings, behavior of people
7. Identification and classification of risks of accidents associated with action plan (prevention)
8. Elaborate and follow the safety plan of actions (Risk Management system)
? Regulation and safety documents
1. Collection, updating and classification of safety documents relative to facilities and buildings in collaboration with his supervisor.
2. Follow up of mandatory controls (local code). Be aware of outside policy changes.
3. Respect of local and/or insurance code (more restrictive to apply)
4. Follow up of official bureaus (i.e.: fire bureau, environment bureau, …) and safety organisms
5. Coordinate preventive action plan for every regular building supplier or one time works
6. Gives agreements and follow fire permits with his team
7. Elaborate and maintain MSDS documentation wherever it is needed
8. Required monthly report update, occupational health report, safety report, etc.
SHEF Responsibility
1. To follow related rules
2. To follow SHEF rule
3. To follow the management modification rules when anything should be modified
4. To supervise and direct suppliers to follow the ACP safety rules, and sign the contract along with safety dealing with suppliers
5. To give new suppliers safety entrance training
6. To take measures of the potential safety hazard fond by staff
7. To make teams evaluate the equipment and process, to meet the safety requirements and ergonomic requirements
