教育背景

Education background with Human Resources or Business Administration

岗位要求

1. Above 3 years recruitment/staffing/training experience in a multinational company, preferable automotive

2. Well know the staffing process and channel

3. Master interview skills and tools

4. Excellent excel and power point skills

5. Good oral and written English

6. Well understand training needs survey and training planning

7. Good knowledge to judge training course and trainer

8. Familiar with the training skills

9. Knowledge of Microsoft office and statistical record

工作职责及内容

Staffing

1. Headcount forecast proposal

2. Responsible for and P level recruitment, include all process, such as recruitment channel search, job adv. issue, CV collection, interview arrangement and discussion with line users…

3. Recruitment analysis report, include cost, channel efficiency…

4. Control headcount within forecast

5. Keep and update employee personal file to ensure all necessary doc. are in the file

6. Responsible for sub-contract company and line user to hire O level operators on time

7. Turnover and Over time analysis ,control,

8. Proposal for action plan


Training

1. Set up training system and continue improvement on it, including training policy, agreement, process, and evaluation

2. Responsible for annual training plan preparation and update regularly according to actual needs from communication and survey result

3. Ensure the annual training plan implementation on time

4. Control the training cost within the reasonable budget

5. Guarantee all training material of in-house and external courses systematically and orderly

6. Act as internal trainer on basic and managerial in-house courses

7. Fix the component external training companies, institutions, trainers and assessment regularly

8. Program for Internal Trainer pool and develop incentive program to internal trainer

9. Guarantee all of training record/documents updating to comply with internal /external audit

10. For training analysis report, include efficiency, cost…take action plan to optimize

11. Leader’s role in HR training program, AMT leader’s training program, HRIS training function program


ER

1. Regularly communication with P staffs and find improvement points

2. Lead communication meeting and other events


Performance appraisal

1. Responsible for employee’s probation and contract review follow up, and provide professional HR comments to department managers to improve their weakness in short term

2. Assist Personnel manager for regular performance appraisal

3. Take charge in annual job description review

4. Take charge in annual KPI score consolidation and advice on next improvement action


HRIS

1. Responsible for HRIS data updating, keep data in HRIS and various HR reports are same

2. Implement and monitor attendance system

SHEF Responsibility:

1. To strictly follow the safety rules of state, district and company

2. To organize the feedback of the potential safety hazard fond

3. To organize and carry out the annual safety training plans

4. To organize staff to physical examination for pre-work (cooperate with SHEF), in-work and out-work

5. To make and update the staff health file

6. To deal with the accident happen inner plant without delay


Others

1. Prepare all of daily/weekly/monthly/ HR reports on time and accurate

2. Continuous improvement
