Qualifications: 岗位要求:
- Bachelor or Master degree majored in Industrial Automation or Mechanical Design
本科以上学历，工业自动化或机械设计与制造专业
- At least 5-year electro-mechanical design of machinery or automation systems
拥有五年以上自动化设备或加工机床的机电设计经验
- An experience with Machine Vision，NC devices or non-traditional machinery such as EDM is a plus
熟悉机器视觉技术，数控设备或特种加工技术者优先考虑
- Knowledge of 2-D and 3-D CAD (AutoCAD, Solidworks/UG/ProE) and PLM
熟练掌握二维和三维CAD（AutoCAD, Solidworks/UG/ProE)和理解产品生命周期管理的理念
- Familiar with Motion Controls, Stepper and Servo Systems, PID tuning
熟悉运动控制原理、步进电机和伺服电机系统、PID参数调节
- Proven teamwork mindset and strong leadership
习惯团队工作模式并具备良好的领导力
- Good English and Chinese communication skills both verbal and in writing
优秀的中、英文书面和口头表达能力
- Passion for technologies and responsibility for the assignments

Job Descriptions: 工作描述
- As project manager, responsible for the life-cycle management of the products
担任相关产品的项目负责人，进行产品的全生命周期管理
- As owner, participate the development of the product
作为Product Owner, 参与跨部门的开发团队的开发工作
- Guide the mechanical and over-all product design with engineers in the group, including the planning and approval of the mechanical drawings and other processing and standardization documents
指导本部门其他机械工程师完成产品的机械和整体设计，负责图纸等设计文档的策划和校对、工艺或标准化等的审核
- Responsible for the production documentation including creation, modification, updating and archiving
负责产品资料的编制、更改、整理更新、归档
- Responsible for the guidance and support of other project design engineers in the group
负责对项目设计人员在具体设计过程中遇到的技术难点给予指导和技术支持，组织相关人员进行技术讨论与攻关
- Participating the survey of product requirements, design and other product management activities
参与产品和项目的需求调查，方案制定及其他管理工作
- Participating the Marketing Planning, Tradeshows and Customer Demonstrations
参与产品的市场营销策划、展会和客户产品演示等
