Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

NPI management in compliance with PLM

- Build project team across various functional teams;
- NPI design and define according to inputs;
- Well control project’s resources, for e.g. cost, timeline and milestone;
- Key technique solutions and risks management;
- Project milestone review and report regularly;
- NPI launch based on good cooperation with technical marketing, operation line, QA, AED and SCM;
- Engage as team member in other product development projects.

MOL from R&D side

- Optimize process and increase efficiency after NPI;
- Continuous improve the quality and cost of live products;
- Maintain ETO projects;
Study project

- Evaluate new techniques and processes;
- Build up or support to build up technique platform of POLC in the area.

Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements

- Bachelor or above, Mechanics or similar education background;

- At least 5years career experience;

- R&D project management experience and good project management skills;

- Foreign company working background;
- Team leader experience are preferred;

- Good skills in Pro-E or Ansys;
- Excellent English.
