Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· NPI management in compliance with PLM (40-50% )

- NPI design and define according to inputs

- Well control project’s resources, for e.g. cost, timeline and milestone

- Key technique solutions and risks management

- Project milestone review and report regularly

- NPI launch based on good cooperation with technical marketing, operation line

- Engage as team member in other product development projects

· R&D side (30-40%)

- Optimize process and increase efficiency

- Continuously improve the quality and cost of live products

- Maintain and support the international transfer projects

· Study project (10-20%)

- Evaluate new techniques and processes

- Build up or support to build up technique platform of RAININ for the local Market requirements

Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor or above, Mechanics or Mold manufacturing background

· At least 5-years' working experience (PLUS)

· R&D project management experience and good project management skills (MUST)

· Foreign company working background (PLUS)

· Team leader experience is preferred (PLUS)

· Good skills in Pro-E or Ansys (MUST)

· Excellent English (PLUS)
