KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overall
- Develop and implement supply chain strategy that supports and meets company strategy, company performance objectives and customer expectations.
- Provide development and structure to the Supply Chain organization.
- Establish inventory, purchasing, planning and logistics strategy and policy.
- Identify / develop talent within the organization including training and development plans

Suppliers
- Manage supplier relationships and strategy for all suppliers respecting group guidelines; develop / grow world-class supply base (cost, delivery and quality).
- Develop and implement plans to meet product cost reduction targets: responsible for landed material costs.
- Influence Development Engineering in the selection of key suppliers with the main target to reduce suppliers and keep higher volumes with fewer suppliers.
- Develop and implement plans to meet supplier quality and delivery goals based on our Quality-system

NWC
- Develop supply chain strategy to meet/exceed required inventory turns and targets
- Develop / implement global logistics capabilities including import / export regulatory compliance.

Customers - OTD & planning
- Ensure the Supply Chain organization meets new product / customer introduction goals, and carry out specific risk-management overview to insure 95% OTD
- Manage and insure Ramp-up agreements with customers
- Manage and insure ramp-down on phased out by monitoring order flow and forecasting by serial part nos. with customers
- Monitor the overall production capacity versus 3 months forecasting and react to deviations.
- Set standards for warehousing slot times and efficiency and develop cost effective packaging concepts and price setting for OEM packaging



QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Logistics Management or related areas
- 3-5 years working experience in supply chain management incl. experience in supply chain design and development from international company
- Strong Supply Chain strategic planning and execution follow up
- Preferable good knowledge of steel plates, metal parts, machinery, and mechanical drawings
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills
- Leadership to insure accuracy in data discipline
- Strong problem solving skills and analytical skills and able to present complex analysis in structured format to management
- Goal –oriented, ability to behave professional to coach staffs towards full potential, providing candid feedback, setting high performance standard for the department
- Good coordination skills with other functions and sister companies
- Familiar with ERP systems (locally preferably Microsoft XAL/Navision) and Microsoft office
- Language skills: Fluent English, oral & written
- High sense of loyalty, good humour, motivational behaviour, feedback to staff, action orientated with customers and organisation and good communication skills.
