Responsibilities:
-Technical customer support for our tool calibration and machine vision systems
-Installation of new and service of existing systems at customers' sites
-Training of customers after system installation
-Presentation of systems to customers
-Technical recording and assessment of customer requirements
-System proposal based on the specific customer requirements and transfer into sales activities
-Technical adaption of tool calibration and machine vision systems to the Chinese market
-Technical Documentation in local language
-Project related collaboration in international Robotics teams

Requirements:

-Degree in Electronical or Mechatronical Engineering
-Several years of experience in Robotics, Machine Perception or Automation
-Several years of experience in Product Management or Development of Machine Perception systems preferred
-Excellent IT and robot programming skills required, PLC-skills of advantage
-Strong customer and market orientation
-Fluent Chinese and English in writing and speech required
