Responsibilities岗位要求:
1.Fixture and tool manufacture, equipment continues improvement, Good skill in operate and maintain lathe, mill, thread cut machine
工具、工装自制，设备持续性改善，熟练操作和维护车床、铣床、线切割设备。
2.Carry out maintenance and repair of equipment and infrastructure under the leadership of Repair Foreman.
进行设备和基础设施的维护、保养、维修等具体现场实施工作。
3.Implement duty equipments maintenance according to equipment maintenance process files and plans to guarantee equipments in good running status and complete corresponding indicators in KPI.
依照设备的维护程序文件和计划，对责任设备进行专业保全，确保其处于良好的使用状态，完成绩效考核中的相关指标。
4.Provide technical support on site. Assist production administrators to supervise operators for autonomous maintenance activities.
进行现场技术支持，配合生产管理者督导操作员工执行“自治性维护活动”
5.Assist engineers to join in duty area maintenance work of equipment maintenance team.
配合工程师参与设备维护团队责任区域设备的维修保养活动；
6.Be in charge of related TPM responsibility of this position
完成本岗位在TPM体系相关活动。
7.Be in charge of related HSE& BOS responsibility of this position
负责本岗位在HSE体系和BOS中的有关职责.
8.Finish the other work required by leader
完成领导要求的其它工作

Qualifications任职资格：
1.Graduated from technical secondary school on electrician and mechanic
机械技工或相关专业中专以上学历
2.At least 2 years mechanism maintenance and operation experience
2年以上机械维修及加工的工作经验
3.Maintenance electrician certification is required. Be able to read regular electrical and mechanical drawings.
具有车床、铣床操作证，能看懂常规的机械加工图纸和电器图。
4.Certificated at close industry professional certificate middle class ( Class 4) or above
持有相近行业职业资格证书中级（四级）或中级（四级）以上证书。
5.Be good at communication and teamwork spirit
具有出色的沟通能力和团队精神
6.Be able to read simple English
基础的英语水平（看）
7.Basic computer level, Well skilled in Microsoft Office and CAD.
基础的计算机使用水平，可以熟练使用Office,CAD软件
8.Hard-working, Careful and patient, proactive.
吃苦耐劳，做事细心且有耐心，积极主动。
9.Follow leader’s work assignments, Be quick thinking and good at coordination .Have good ability to deal with emergent accidents
