主要职责Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

· PO (Production organization) quality first contact window

- Quality Responsible people for SAP QN

- Take the lead ship to solve quality issue

- Find out the root cause

- Push responsible people take correct action & prevent action

- Actions following up

· Process Quality Control plan making and executing

- Make a process control plan

- Arrange QC daily work

- Detect potential risk and take improvement action

· Cooperate with ME& R&D to develop new product

- Make out the quality control plan

- Make out the WI for OQC

· SAP quality data maintenance

· PO quality report

任职资格Critical Competencies/Minimum Requirements:

· Bachelor or above, Mechanics or similar education background

· At least 5years career experience

· Quality engineer experience

· Team leader experience are preferred

· Good skills in QC tools

· Excellent English

· Active and positive attitude

· Good communication skill
