工作职责 Responsibilities:

维护质量/环境管理体系

Maintain quality / environment management system

- 负责组织质量体系及环境体系有关文件的策划、建立和实施

- Be responsible for the planning, establishment and implementation of organizational quality system and environmental system documents

- 组织年度管理评审工作，制定年度质量目标，提出年度改进计划，编制管理评审报告

- Organize annual management assessment, develop annual quality objectives, an annual improvement plan, and establish the management review report

- 组织过程审核和内部审核，检查程序文件、作业指导书及各项要求的贯彻执行情况

- Organize process review and internal audit,check program files, operating instructions and the implementation of the requirements

- 负责组织客户及第三方审核的应对、制定措施和跟踪检查

- Be responsible for organizing customer and the response of third-party audit ,develop measures and track examination

持续改善

Continuous improvement

- 参与产品提高产品质量的技术改进工作

- Participate in technical improvements of improving product quality

Management representative

- 确保按照ISO9001标准的要求建立、实施、保持和改进质量体系。

- Ensure that establish ,implement,maintain and improve quality system according to the ISO9001 standards

- 督促检查质量手册和程序文件的贯彻执行情况，不定期地向总经理报告质量体系的运行状况。

- Supervise and inspect the quality manual and the implementation of program files, from time to time report the quality system operating conditions. to the General Manager.

- 负责质量体系认证工作和管理评审工作

- Be responsible for quality system certification and management accreditation

产品检验

Product test

- 根据客户要求，组织确认新产品技术规格及质量控制要求并及时安排制定产品检验规范（原辅料、半成品、成品）；组织和安排管理质检部的各项检验工作

- According to customer’s requirements, organizations confirm that the new product technical specifications and quality control requirements and timely arrangements for the development of product testing standards (raw materials, semi-finished, products); organizations and arrangements to manage the QC inspection

- 对日常不良品处理进行审查，对内部批量性质量问题进行处理和判定，与客户沟通与协调，组织制定纠正预防措施并跟踪

- Review disposal of daily poor, processing and determination of the quality problems of the internal volume , communication and coordination with customers, and organize the development of corrective and preventive measures and track.

客户投诉处理

Handling customer complaints

- 组织处理客户投诉事宜，并对其进行调查原因、分析及采取改善措施

- Organize and handle customer complaints, investigation of its cause, analyze and take measures

- 重大质量问题召开质量分析会议，编制质量分析报告

Convene a meeting of quality analysis about major quality problems ,and prepare quality analysis report

供应商质量管理

Supplier quality management

- 参与供应商管理，主导供应商质量评估及管理，组织处理供应商质量问题

Participate in supplier management, lead supplier quality assessment and management, and organize, deal with supplier quality issues

计量器具管理

Mesuring instruments management

- 负责组织建立健全计量器具管理制度，检验测试仪器的规划、参与新设备的选型等工作

- Be responsible for organizing the establishment of a sound management system of measuring instruments, testing equipment test plan, participate in the selection of new equipment, etc.

质量报表

Quality report

- 完成德国总部的各类报表

- Complete various reports of German headquarters

- 月度质量报表的汇总和分析，提供质量信息与报告（质量统计趋势、PPM等），以便确定主要问题及采取后续措施

- Summary and analyze the monthly quality reports,and provide quality information and reports(quality

- statistic trends, PPM, etc. ),to determine major problems and take follow-up measures

人员管理/培训

Prosonnel management/training

- 对所属人员工作进行指导分配、监督、考核

任职要求Qualifications：

- 3年以上相关行业质量管理工作背景

- 熟悉ISO9001/ISO14000质量管理体系知识

- 熟悉产品标准、抽样方案

- 了解PPAP、FEMA、SPC、MSA控制计划等

- 熟练使用SAP系统

- 熟悉产品、原材料知识

- 熟悉客户处理流程

- 熟悉供应商管理知识

- 掌握良好的沟通技巧

- 具备团队领导与协作能力

- 英语熟练
