Workshop Superintendent / 车间主任 （工作地点：常州金坛）

We’re a Sino-German JVC under AUNDE Group, and we’re now looking for the qualified candidate for above mentioned job position for our Acupuncture non-woven fabrics Project which is under construction at Changzhou Jintan.
我公司为艾文德集团旗下的一家中德合资公司，目前于常州金坛在建的针刺无纺布项目需招聘上述车间主任一名。

Responsibilities / 职责

*To be responsible and supervise the whole workshop daily running；Control and coordinate production-dept. personnel and all production-activities
负责监督整个车间的日常运营，控制、协调生产部门的人员管理及各项生产活动
*Give instructions of production plan and tasks, arrange and control Production-schedule
下达生产计划和任务，安排和控制生产作业进度
*Follow-up production situation、product demand、production process、output target etc., finish production-target on time
跟踪生产情况、产品需求、生产过程、产值目标等，按时完成生产目标
*Participate and implement action-plans for improving production-efficiency and product-quality
参与提高生产效率和改善产品质量的行动计划与实施
*Supervise and standardize operating-method, guarantee work-site to be in safe and clean status
监控规范操作方法，确保生产现场的安全和清洁
*To be responsible workshop personnel daily management and trainings
负责员工的管理、培训和培养
*Other tasks assigned by supervisor and support other necessary projects
其他管理层委派的任务及所需的项目支持

Requirements / 要求:

*University Degree or professional training in Engineering, Production/Manufacturing, Mechanics, Textile Engineering or related fields
机械或纺织类专业大专以上学历
*More than 3 years work-site management experience in manufacturing or non-woven fabrics field
3年以上机械制造或非织造布行业现场管理工作经验
*Proficient in industry-products quality-specification and production-standard, familiar with products technical-features and work-flow
精通行业产品质量规范与生产标准，熟悉产品技术特点与生产流程
*Familiar with Auto industry TS16949 system
熟悉汽车行业体系TS16949
*Experience in Non-woven industry is a plus
有无纺行业经验的从优
*Work experience as production-supervisor in a multi-national company is a plus
有外企生产主管经验者优先
*Excellent communication and presentation skills
良好的沟通展示能力
*Good command of English
良好的英语
*Strong team spirit and self motivated, capability to work independently
良好的团队合作能力、自我激励意识，较强的独立工作能力
*Pls. pay attention that this job will be based at Jintan, Jiangsu
