Responsibility：

-Understand customer’s needs and requirements. Work with the sales to provide excellent technical solutions including onsite service to customers.

-Help to increase sales by making technical proposals to customers. Prepare materials of technical presentations;

-Providing technical training or seminars to customers and internal colleagues;

-Coordinating product development with design team; Coordinate with global application engineering team when required;

-Help sales and quality team to take corrective actions and find solution regarding complaint from customers;

-Answer customer questions relating to products, competitive products, and technical issues related to product integration within the customer’s unique environment.

-Ability to clearly articulate products’ value and business benefits, as well as cover the technical details of products succinctly.

-Provide market feedback on product and competitive positioning to sales, marketing, and engineering.
