? 有工厂实际操作经验，有在外企3-5年生产管理的经验；
? 建立并完善图纸信息并且提交给技术部门进行检验更新与改正；
? 设计完成生产计划，按照生产计划保证生产进程，熟悉技术与机械方面的知识；
? 控制成本，保证每个项目材料齐全；
? 保证生产产品、入厂产品以及出厂产品的质量；
? 保持及其设备以及相关设施清洁，保证生产使用质量；
? 负责给新进员工讲解工作要求，培训员工；
? 指导工人按照生产工艺完成生产；
? 熟悉生产流程，能够与其他部门合作协助解决问题；
? 计划提交生产所需机器、设备采购意向；
? 按照公司的发展需求完成其他相关任务；
? 男性，28-35岁，大专及以上学历；
? 能熟练掌握英语的优先考虑；
? 能够带领团队工作；
? 每日向上级报告生产情况；
? 具有良好的沟通能力,责任心强，刻苦，细心；
? 工作积极，注重团队合作，能承担责任。

? Detailing of concept ideas in 3D to 2D. Create working and production plans and choose necessary material under manager’s supervision and help to create technical solutions.
? Practice in workshop and have experience of production management in foreign invested company;
? Set up and improve processing drawings and pass it to technical office to ensure proper filing, revision and correction.
? Implement and complete production plan. Follow production process and the ensure progress, familiar with technical and mechanical knowledge.
? Control cost in the production process, confirm required material for each item
? Ensure the quality of manufactured products, incoming and outgoing goods.
? Keep machines, equipment and facility clean and in function to ensure production quality
? Responsible to give work instructions and training for new employees.
? Guide workers to make products according to the production process
? Know the production processes, coordinate with other departments; help solving problems
? Plan and control purchasing processes for machines, workshop equipment and commodities
? Complete other jobs ordered to ensure companies development
? Male at 28- 35 with at least college degree;
? Able to lead a team
? English language skills is preferred
? Daily report to manager
? Enthusiastic active in working, team work player, overtake responsibility.
? Hard-working with communication and work with activity;
