Target of the position岗位目标：
?Establish and improve the process related with the post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS8001 standard and headquarters;
根据ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS8001和总部要求建立和改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；
?Continuously improve Company Management System to ensure the realization of company target and customer satisfaction.
在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行。

Working Task (details) 工作描述
?Establish and implement all procedures related to materials management.
制定和执行物料管理相关程序，监督成本和效率，优化资源，确保物料管理的及时性、可靠性和准确性。
?Ensure exactly and timely raw material feeding for smooth operation.
确保及时准确进行生产投料，保证生产正常进行。
?Control the stock status
监督库存控制系统，及时掌控、分析库存状态，为物料计划的制定提供支持。
?Organize products delivery according to delivery plan.
根据物流发货计划，组织现场装货、发货。
?Monitor the stock status and material in/out, keep the actual data is line with data in SAP
监督原材料，半成品和成品的库存、出入库管理，确保实际物资和系统数据相符合。
?Supervise warehouse management, ensuring safety and space
监督仓库现场管理，确保安全、准确地存储货物，有效利用仓库空间。
?Meet the annual working target through reasonable assignment
安排和分配任务，确保有效利用团队资源，符合工作计划和目标。
?Guide and train employee to conduct daily work with safety
指导培训员工，确保安全地开展仓库活动。
Cooperation Scope 合作范围：
?Cooperation with DP to ensure smooth line feeding
与生产部门合作确保及时地生产投料。
?Corporate with other employees internally to submit stock status and deliver the goods

Qualification & Capability Requirement (to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求
?Shift work
能适应倒班工作
?Bachelor degree on the industry engineering, logistics and similar studies;
工业工程、物流相关专业专科以上毕业；
?More than two years work experiences in office doing production plan, materials disposition issues；
至少两年以上仓库管理相关工作经验；
?Ability to analysis and resolve problem under complex background information ；
具备在复杂背景信息情况下分析解决问题的能力；
?Ability to manage the daily jobs under stress；
能够在压力下处理好日常工作；
?English fluent both in written and oral；
基本的英语口语和书写能力；
?Good computer skills, ability to work with Microsoft office tool very well，EPR-, especially SAP-experiences；
熟练操作计算机，并能够使用office办公软件，熟悉ERP软件，了解SAP的优先考虑；
?Ability to work in team， Initiative and engaged in the job，Secret and confidential；
具备团队合作能力，工作积极主动，有责任心和保密意识；
