Job Title 职位: CNC Floor type machine operator数控落地镗床操作工
Superior（上级）: Machining Leader
FUNCTION (职能) (Explanation of the overall goal and responsibility of the position in the setting of our company)
? Perform autonomously on large CNC machines( work range 14x5.5x2.4 meters,table 4x4 meters -70 ton). Perform precision machining on particular non-repetitive and with high content of technology.
能独立操作大型数控机床（加工范围14x5.5x2.4米 工作台4x4米-70吨）完成单件、高精度要求零件加工。
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITY & QUALIFICATION (工作职责与资质要求)
1．Tasks:（The area of responsibility includes in particular the following tasks:）
1) Confirm machining allowances and CNC programmer
确认数控程序和加工余量
2) Complete autonomy for machining of complex and large pieces;
独立完成复杂大件的机加工
3) Suitable choice and use of the tools and measure instruments
合理使用工、量具
4) Correct reading and use of the production documentations and specifications;
正确理解和使用生产文件
5) Correct handling, turnover and positioning pieces in one's machine
正确操作、使用机床
6) Daily maintenance of machine and tools;
能够进行日常的机床和工具维护
7) Strict observance of safety regulations;
严格遵守公司的安全制度
2．Competences
1). Background
？ Technical institute (vocational high school)
技术职业学校毕业(中专以上学历)
2). Knowledge/Experience
？ 4-6 years machining experience about large machine in heavy industry
在重工业企业4－6年的大型机床机加工工作经验
？ Knowledge of mechanical drawing and tolerance system
熟悉机械制图和公差系统
？ Knowledge of processing technology about large-scale casing parts;
对大型箱体类零件机加工工艺有一定的了解
？ Basic knowledge of geometry rules and trigonometry.
了解几何学规则和三角函数
？ Knowledge of Siemens Sinumerik 840D system;
熟练使用西门子840 D 系统
？ Knowledge of actual cutting tools and cutting parameters
熟悉刀具和刀具加工参数
？ Able to work in team
具有团队精神
？ Orientation to improvement
具有持续改进能力
