Role Summary/Purpose
EHS specialist is responsible for implementing and maintaining the specific aspects on Environmental, Health and Safety for HIMOINSA CHINA (HC) Manufacture site.
Essential Responsibilities
- Assist in establishment and implementation of HC EHS programs and procedures to ensure compliance
- Evaluate facility EHS conditions, assess risks and develop appropriate corrective action plans.
- Provide EHS guidance and compliance support to EHS managers to ensure compliance with regulatory and program requirements.
- Participate in EHS compliance and program audits of manufacturing sites and contractor service operations.
- Conduct HC EHS audit /inspection to find the gaps and take actions to follow up properly
- Lead HC chemical management program
- Assist to implement safety management of change programs
- Assist to develop and review emergency response plan, conduct drills and take actions to fulfill the requirements.
- Conduct & manage health & safety training of site personnel
- Conduct safety risk assessment and deliver related training to employees.
- Conduct site ergonomics assessment and take follow up actions
- Drive EHS performance metrics/improvement at site
- Promote EHS awareness among leadership team and employees;
- Liaise with local authority to support radiation safety management and other related work.

主要职责：
- 协助建立和执行公司 EHS的管理体系和程序，以满足法规以及公司的各项EHS要求；
- 评估工厂EHS风险，并制定整改计划；
- 为各部门提供EHS技术指导；
- 参与EHS内审，协助工厂通过外部EHS认证；.
- 定期组织EHS检查，与各部门协调并跟进不符合项的及时整改；
- 协调管理工厂的化学品，以满足法规要求以及公司内部要求；
- 协助变更管理；
- 协助应急预案的编写，组织应急演习并跟进整改缺陷；
- 提供工厂员工以及外来人员的EHS培训；
- 组织岗位安全风险分析以及人机工程学风险分析，推动持续改进项目，从而降低工作场所风险；
- 推动EHS绩效的持续改进；
- 通过各种途径在全厂各级员工宣传EHS文化，提高安全意识；
- 协调安排内部以及外部安全检查等；
- 由EHS经理安排的其他任务
Qualifications/Requirements
- Bachelor of Environment Engineering, Safety Engineering, Chemical background or related technical background
- 1-3 years’ experience in EHS management supporting or communication experience at site.
- Be familiar with China EHS laws, regulations and related standards etc.

The building occupied area is about 30k square meters. The total investment is about 20 million USD. We will follow Himoninsa's global culture to provide the generators in advanced technology and excellent quality.

In March 2009, we set up the sales office in Shanghai. The address is Huawen International Building, No. 999 Zhongshan West Road.
In March 2010, we set up the sales office in Beijing. The address is Jiatai International building, No 41 Sihuan Road, Chaoyang district.
