Responsible:
1．主导5S推进、实施；Lead and implement workshop’s 5S
2．协助生产经理完成生产部ERP的工作；Assist production manager with ERP system.
3．生产绩效指标定义、考核；Define production depts.' KPI and implement the assessment.
4．完成生产部标准成本的工作，控制生产成本，减少浪费；Implement standard cost definition, control production cost and reduce waste.
5．标准工时、标准产能、设备负荷的制定，改进；Define and improve the standard working hours, standard capacity, and equipment loading.
6．产品工艺、工作流程改善；Improve the production processing and workshop workflow.
7．生产现场物流体系改进；Improve workshop's logistics system.
8．负责生产部精益生产管理知识的培训；Take responsible for the lean production knowledge training.
9．生产现场安全作业改进。Improve the working site safety.

任职条件：Qualifications
1．本科以上学历，工业工程相关专业；Bachelor degree, major in IE or related.
2．工作经验：五年以上生产管理工作经验，日企工作经验优先，机械行业工作经验优先； Above 5years working experience related with production management, Japanese companies working experience is preferred.
3．精通精益生产相关知识和工具，熟悉5S, very familiar with Lean Production knowledge and tools.
4．良好的英语沟通能力；Good English.
