职位描述
I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Work closely with cross functions, e.g. company sales, marketing, supply chain, MFG, quality, to ensure promised delivery date meets, and provide up-to-date demand & supply issues to the relevant functions in order to resolve timely.
Tracking / coordination responsibility, and will need to coordinate between sales (both domestic and export) and production planning / MFG / LOG / QUA team to make sure demand is met by supply on timely basis
II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY:
? Work closely with domestic sales, export sales, S&OP team, have the up-to-date sales and production plan, daily communicate and coordinate with plant supply side, (e.g. production planning, Manufacture, Quality) to ensure promised delivery date meets
? Track and report back to sales and S&OP team the supply issues which will affect the normal plan and schedule
? Provide reports and analysis on tracking the supply and delivery issues
? Create and maintain daily, weekly and monthly statistics
? Track production plan to make sure build / delivery schedule will meet sales demand in terms of spec, qty, ETD/ETA, payment terms, etc.
? Provide support to other dealer central teams within distribution activities
? Provide support to S&OP manager in dealing with the demand and supply synchronization issues
? Assist Dealer Central Manager, with ‘function’ activities and other business needs
? Dealer Central activities completed in accordance with the direction of Dealer Central Manager.
? Ensure dealer orders are loaded and processed quickly and efficiently
? Achieve business requirements, with minimal errors when ‘orders’ are processed.
? Monitoring and reporting of company inventory to Senior Management
? Maintain and monitor Inventory status – in accordance with directed strategy of Dealer Central Manager
? Monitoring of Dealer ‘Credit Holds’ - in conjunction with Dealer Central Manager and other relevant Senior Management
? Maintenance of relevant information - to permit timely and accurate decision making
? Provide reports on order status and inventory to Dealer Central Manager
? Provide on a weekly or “when required” basis.
III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Bachelor degree or above, with professional knowledge of international distribution / logistics trade, tractor manufacturing management and relevant knowledge or experience

- 2 years relevant working experience

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor degree or above, 2 years relevant working experience
- Excellent ability in both words and language, able to write an analysis report or other related documentation independently.
- Capacity in changes, dealing with the difficult business and emergent affairs.
- Be able to use related office software and operating network to help the jobs.
- Fluent in English both oral and written.
- Team player with proven ability to work well under pressure and constant deadlines.
- Prior International or Export experience preferred
