Duties & Responsibilities 岗位职责
? Ensure that the products produced are as per our International Organization for Standardization (ISO) requirements. 确保生产出来的产品是按照ISO的规定
? Define manpower requirements for molding, assembly and packaging processes. 为注塑，包装，组装流程规划人力需求
? Create and update assembly procedures, work instructions and manufacturing flow for assembly. 改进组装流程，操作指南及组装工业流程
? Manage the daily production issues related to processes, quality, materials, machines, equipment and manpower and resolve for resolution to ensure continued production operations. 管理日常生产问题如流程，质量，原料，机器设备以及人力；并分析解决持续的生产运营问题
? Liaise with Quality department to resolve all quality issues. 与质量部联系解决线上质量问题
? Asst the Production Manager to improve the overall productivity, control cost, reduce production lead-time and maintain stable work force. 协助生产部经理提高整体的生产力，控制成本， 减少生产准备时间，并保持稳定的工作团队
? Work closely with Project team and Research &Design departments in the transfer of new products, processes and technology into mass production in time. 与项目部和设计部合作，共同转移新产品，流程和技术以确保按时量产
? Audit Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) implementation. 审核SOP的执行
? Establish 5S assessment system and enhance 5S status on the production line. 建立5S体系；提高生产线的5S状况
? Supervise trainings of new employees. 新员工培训
Requirements 岗位要求
? Bachelors above Degree, major in engineering, product development or design. 本科或以上学历，专业为工程，产品开发或设计。
? Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience in plastic injection molding. 拥有三年以上塑料注塑经验
? Hands-on knowledge of Lean production, Six Sigma quality & Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). 对于精益生产，6西格玛，ERP理解并有实战经验
? Knowledge in validation procedure and documentation. 了解验证程序及其文档
? Able to write and converse in English能够以英语书写及交谈
