候选人需符合如下要求：负责设计、研发、整合、测试和支持安卓应用、 相关产品架构、客户端或服务器、网站开发。

候选人需具备将高级安卓应用转化为设计和代码的能力。

汇报对象: Matrix-global 首席技术官（总部）和Matrix-global china 总经理

研发中心地点:中国常州

教育背景:计算机科学或软件工程相关专业。

工作经验:至少5年的相关工作经验。

要求

1.项目经验:

a.在Java、Android、 C++、Data Structures、SQL、 UNIX、面向对象的分析和设计、软件开发方面有相关经验。

b.在配置管理系统有经验者优先，例如：SVN 或GIT。

具备手机应用和系统程序设计、电脑网络、TCP/IP、UML可视化建模工具计算、计算机体系结构、设计方法、网络分析、J2EE、 J2ME、LINUX、UML等相关知识。

2.曾服务客户经验

a.具备在以往工作中有交付生产级代码给客户的经验。

b.具备直接和客户沟通能力。能够和国际客户交流沟通者优先。

c.英语能力: 具备基本英语听说读写能力。

3.其他要求

a.具备领导团队能力，专业能力强，充满活力和人格魅力。能够和同事、下属分享知识并对他们进行培训。

b.有责任感，有目标，忠诚度高。

c.主动性强,适应力强，能在压力下工作。

Title:

Senior mobile Software developer (Android, WEB)

/ Team leader – mobile software development (Android, WEB)

Position:

The qualified candidate will be responsible for design, development, integration, testing and support of Android Applications / framework related features / client or server / WEB development.
The candidate will be required to translate high level requirements for Android applications into design and code.

Report to: Matrix-global CTO (Head Quarters), Matrix-global china CEO.

Location of Development center: Changzhou, China

Education background required: Related major at Computer science / Software engineering.

Working experiences: At least 5 years in related working experiences.

Requirements:

1.Programming skills:

a. Experience in Java, Android, C++, Data Structures, SQL, UNIX, Object-oriented Analysis & Design, Software Development Methodology.

b. Experience in a Configuration Management System such as SVN or GIT - Highly desired.

Mobile application and system Programming and/or Design, Computer Networks, TCP/IP, Rational Rose modeling tools Algorithms, Computer Architecture, Design Methodologies, Network Analysis, J2EE, J2ME, LINUX, UML.

2.Previous Customers related experience:

a.Proven past experience in delivering commercial Code to customers

b.Direct contact with international customers

c.English Communication Skills: good English reading and writing，listening and speaking

3.Personality:

a.Suitable to lead a team. Capable to be an authority. Energetic and charismatic. Attitude of sharing knowledge with his team members and subordinates, Coaching and teaching skills.

b.Responsible. Task oriented. Loyal.

c.High motivation, Flexible to accept changes and work under pressure.
