Regular duties and responsibilities:

1. Responsible for all shipments, include domestic and foreign, spare parts and machine;

2. Make container planning according production meeting and planning, locate containers type according planning, book and arrange container with forwarder, make sure machines delivery on time;

3. Make all export customs clearance docs; make the docs according the L/C for special customer and deliver docs to banks for payment negotiation and to customer for import process on time. Make the weekly report for shipments.

4. Solve the problems of containers and other problems such as inspection by China customs.

5. Provide the quotation, shipping project and package schemes to sales department and after sales department.

6. Provide the docs to finance department to issue invoice, get the customs declaration sheets from shipping agents and sent to finance department on time.

Job descriptions:

1.Better major in foreign trade or logistics;

2.Minimum of two years experience in a logistic environment or other equivalent positions, especially the experience for machinery;

3.Specialized in logistics and International trade, and know Chinese customs and inspection policy very well.
