Target of the position岗位目标:
?Establish and improve the processes related with this post according to the requirements of ISO/TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001 standards and Headquarters;
根据ISO/TS16949， ISO14001， OHSAS18001标准和总部的要求，建立并改进与本岗位相关的工作流程；
?Complement and ensure are in line with Management System；
在职责范围内，严格按照管理体系的要求执行；
?To ensure the measurements and test equipments of his own responsibility in groove;
保证职责范围内的检测或试验设备在最佳状态；
?Ensure the inspection and test is timely, complete, accurate, reasonable and traceable;
保证检验和试验的及时性、完整性、准确性、合理性和可追溯性；
?Continually optimize the process and method of inspection and test.
不断优化检验和试验的过程及方法。
Responsibility Scope职责范围:
?Calibration, maintenance and management of lab and test room related equipments 实验室/试验室相关设备校准、维护与管理；
?Manufacture inspection and test产品检验和试验；
?Development of testing tooling and clamp 检验用工装夹具开发；
?Technical support for production 生产现场技术支持。
Working Task(details)工作描述:
?Responsible to the management of spare-parts, daily maintenance, and supervising of the infrastructures and equipment situation;
When there is abnormity, he must handle it as soon as possible.
负责职责范围内设备工具的备件管理、日常维护及保养，并监控其基础设施，设备的状态。发现异常，立即处理；
?Responsible to design and develop testing tooling and clamps;
负责检验用工装夹具的设计开发；
?Responsible to fulfill the calibration of tests or testing equipment in his own responsibility according to the procedure;
负责按照程序文件执行职责范围内的检测或试验设备的校准；
?Responsible to make out and fulfill the working plan in his own responsible according to production plan;
按照生产计划及项目计划制定职责范围内的工作计划，并实施；
?Responsible for production support and quality problem solving of heat treatment;
负责热处理的生产现场支持和质量问题解决；
?Other tasks assigned by quality department manager.
其他由质量部经理布置的工作。
Cooperation Scope合作范围:
?Cooperate with production, logistics and quality staffs within company for the inspection results and handling requirements of incoming and in-process inspection 与公司内生产、物流、质量人员协调来料和生产检验的结果和处理要求。
Qualification & Capability Requirements ( to defined correctly) 能力及素质要求:
?Education: Bachelor or above degree, having good knowledge in metal material and heat treatment;
教育背景：大专或以上学历，具备金属材料及热处理的相关知识；
?Professional experiences: A minimum of 3 years experience in heat treatment operations or a combination of a minimum of 3 years of formal metallurgical education and heat treatment experience. Skill for usage and daily management and maintenance of metal testing equipments. Finish the capacity analysis of measurement tooling and equipments independently;
专业背景：具备至少3年以上的热处理操作经验或正规的冶金学教育和热处理经验加起来至少3年。具备金属检测设备的使用、日常管理及维护能力，能够独立完成检具及检测设备的能力分析；
?Foreign languages and level：Fluent German or English both in writing and oral;
语言要求：流利的德语或英语听说读写能力；
