岗位描述/职责
1. 负责日常机械装配工程部班组建设与管理；
2. 负责装配工艺过程安排、生产数据处理及相关协调工作；
3. 负责装配工具，测量工具和工具柜引用；工夹具设计及优化；
4. 生产文件准备,工艺优化与更新；
5. 新品稳定期前的首检确认；
6. 装配工艺过程问题诊断及指导；
7. 确保产量和质量目标的实现；
8. 工程师/操作员/技术员培训。
9. 完成上级委派的其他工作



Job Description/Responsibility
1. Daily production engineering team built up and management;
2. Be responsible for assembly routing arrangement, mechanical parts, production data collection and analysis or for assembly process in coordination with project /production planners and manufacturing；
3. Assembly tool, measuring tool, cabinet application, assembly fixture design and modification;
4. Edit / update relative production documents, optimize process and update ；
5. Pre-checking the quality；
6. Process troubleshooting；
7. Monitor and ensure process quality and maintain quality system；
8. Coach operators/technicians.
9. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.


工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械或相关专业本科毕业；
2. 5年以上工程机械/机床/注塑机生产经验并有丰富的机械工艺技术经验；
3. 具备SAP/ISO9000应用经验更优；
4. 经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司方针及相关专业技术；
5. 具备机电制程经验；
6. 能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作；
7. 能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
8. 良好的管理、合作和沟通能力；
9. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
10. 熟练应用办公软件及Auto-CAD等绘图软件；
11. 善于总结，表达能力强；
12. 根据公司需求和事先书面通服从工作的调整与培训；
13. 熟练掌握各种质量分析方法。


Job Requirement
1. University graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics 、Mechanics or related major
2. Familiar with mechanical equipment in assembly area in all manufacturing lines with mechanical assembly processes，5 years work experience in engineering machine/machine tool/injection molding machine industry will be plus.
3. Experience in ISO9000/SAP will be necessary /plus.
4. Apply ENGEL police and professional know how well in getting relevant training.
5. Experience in electrical & mechanical and technical processes.
6. English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned
7. Willingness for temporarily visits to oversea plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition.
8. Good management skill, cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
9. Good service for process， strong innovation and work sense.
10. Familiar/Proficient in using computer S/W and Auto-CAD.
11. Good summarizing for work and expression.
12. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
13. Familiar in quality system and process analysis.
