岗位描述/职责
1. 全面掌握仓库库存情况，根据采购计划进度，确保产品正常进出仓库以及产品的完整性。
2. 负责安排监督仓管员的日常工作，督促仓管员做好各类台帐，对产品进仓、验货等整理登记入帐（SAP）工作（做到准确无误），以便统计和核查；
3. 及时与采购部沟通厂方到货情况，并组织人员做好接货准备。
4. 及时与采购部、仓管员核对产品出入库纪录，对物品的出入库要及时验收、做到账物相符，发现问题及时向上级反馈；
5. 督促和配合仓管员定期对仓库产品盘点清查，发现帐、物不符时，找出原因予以调帐或上报公司领导处理；
6. 负责每日晨会培训、以及当天工作安排的有序进行，并定期对仓管员进行工作培训和岗位考核。
7. 严格放行（出门）条的签发和使用，不得乱发乱签放行（出门）条；
8. 监督好所有物品的保管工作，所有进出仓库的物品均须有相关责任人签字；
9. 负责对仓库进行分区管理，各类物品要分区放置，摆放整齐，做好标识，井然有序；
10. 加强管理，搞好仓库安全（防火、防盗、防破坏）工作；
11. 对贬值、不完整和不合格产品向公司提出处理意见；
12. 按照公司的发展规划拟定部门人员编制，报公司批准；
13. 配合公司其它部门开展工作，做好横向沟通；
14. 完成上级委派的其他工作


Job Description/Responsibility
1. Take full charge of the warehouse according to the process of the purchase plan, and ensure the normal warehouse-in/out and the integrality of the goods.
2. Be responsible for arranging and supervising the daily work of the warehouse workers. Supervise and urge the warehouse workers to register the incoming products into the SAP system (without any failure) for convenience of counting and checking.
3. Communicate with the purchasing department in time about the delivery situation and arrange workers to prepare for the goods to be received.
4. Checking the in/out records with the purchasing department in time. Checking is supposed to be done in time when the goods are received or being taken out. Report to the higher-up in time when any problem occurred.
5. Supervise and coordinate the warehouse workers to make an inventory of the goods periodically. Find the reason or report to the management if the goods are not coinciding with what in the system.
6. Be responsible for arranging the daily morning meeting and the process of work in order. Be responsible for OJT and position examining of the warehouse workers periodically.
7. Strictly sign and use the warehouse-out slip.
8. Supervising carefully the safe-keeping of all the goods. All the goods can only be taken out of the warehouse with a signature of a person in charge.
9. Be responsible for the sub-area management. Different kinds of goods should be located in different area in sound order with labels.
10. Strengthen the management, deal with the work of safety (guard against fire, theft and damage).
11. Propose ideas to the company about the process of the depreciate, incomplete and non-confirmation goods.
12. Draft the workout of the employments according to company development planning and report to the company.
13. Coordinate with other departments to develop the work.
14. Other responsibilities may assigned by superior.


工作要求/标准
1. 机电、机械或相关专业大专毕业；
2. 五年以上机械制造类产品仓库经验及部门管理经验；
3. 熟练应用ISO9000，具备SPC，SAP应用经验更优；
4. 经专业培训，熟练应用ENGEL公司方针及相关专业技术；
5. 能用英语与总部及其他工厂联络工作；
6. 能到其他地区或国家进行短期的出差；
7. 良好的合作和沟通能力；
8. 具有较强服务意识 、创新精神及钻研技术的热情；
9. 熟练应用办公软件；
10. 善于总结，表达能力强；
11. 根据公司需求和事先书面通知服从工作的调整与培训；
12. 熟练掌握各种质量分析方法；


Job Requirement
1. College graduate with major in Electrics & Mechanics, Mechanics or related major.
2. 5 years working experience in department management and warehouse of mechanical products will be plus.
3. Familiar/Proficient in using ISO9000, experience in SAP and SPC will be plus.
4. Proficiently applying ENGEL policies and relevant professional techniques after professional training.
5. English as communication language to headquarter and lead-ship plant necessary or to be learned.
6. Willingness for temporary visits to overseas plants and also other plants for education or preparation of line transfer worldwide is a precondition.
7. Good cooperation and communication within relative production departments and surrounding departments.
8. Good service for process inspection, strong innovation and work sense.
9. Familiar/Proficient in using computer S/W,
10. Good summarizing for work and expression.
11. Accept job position change accord to company business, professional training and written notice.
12. Familiar in quality system and process analysis.
