Responsibilities:
Lead project department to approach new projects and ensure new project seamless launching in plant, principle tasks as below:
- Be the main interface with customer, gather and deal with all input information
- Manage project team to follow-up the project schedule, ensure the on-time achievement of all milestones
- Responsible for regular project reviews, define and follow-up actions so as to reach the commitments taken towards customer
- Control the costs related to the project within the budget
- Manage project risk (identification, analysis, preventive/corrective actions)
- Ensure APQP outputs being timely generated and documented
- Organize and optimize utilization of project resources in company
- Trace the information flow, material flow and cost track during the project
- Manage project related customer visits and audit
- Effectively manage department resources
- Continuous improvement

Working Experiences Requirements：
- 6 years working experiences in manufacturing industry (automotive, electronics, etc…) with 2 years experiences in project manager role
- Strong understanding of automotive product development phases.
- Automotive Industry Standards
- Quality tools (FMEA, solving problem tools)
- Knowledge of Autoliv Airbags, Pyrotechnic & Stored Gas Inflation Products is a plus.
- Familiar with TS16949, APQP
- Strong trouble shooting ability
- Ability to work effectively within a global team
- Good interpersonal skills
- Mindset oriented to customers, results
- Fluent English, good Japanese skills is preferred
