Job Objectives 职位目标
? Responsible for defining and preparing project scopes, cost estimate preparation, design coordination, bid packaging, selection of design and construction contractors, awarding of contracts, coordination of permits, preparation of construction schedules, procurement of major equipment, construction monitoring, control of expenditures, issuance of progress reports, close-out and auditing.

Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责
? Install profitable and productive equipment, system, and/or methods within project budget.
? Supervise and coordinate various disciplines within project or peer teams including outside consulting firms and construction contractors.
? In charge of project planning and budget development including: Basic engineering package management, project permit management, detail design management, procurement management and execution, construction management and execution, commissioning and start-up.
? Develop project execution procedures and develop project engineers for advancement.
? Manage project teams to handle safety, environment, capacity projects and estimation of project cost within +-35% and +- 10% AFE estimates.

Job Requirements 职位要求
1. Education教育背景: -Bachelor or above degree majored in engineering, construction or related fields
2. Language语言: -Fluent Chinese and English both verbal and written.
3. IT & other skills:
计算机及其他技能 -Proficient in computer skills such as MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Good interpersonal and communication skills, responsible and can work under pressure.
4. Working Experience 工作经历:
- Must Have
必须具备 -More than 10 years working experience in engineering and project management function, preferably in foreign enterprise or joint venture in a manufacturing environment.
-Working experience should include diverse Engineering/Management background that includes design engineering, project management, construction management, and supervision of outside consulting firms.
-Previous experience in Engineering Supervisor, Plant/Process Engineering, Plant Operations, Design Engineering, Project Engineering and Management functions will be a plus.
