Working Task(details)工作描述:
1. Articulate and implement the short-term and long-term plant overall manufacturing strategy (such as established strategic, operating, safety and financial objectives) to ensure continuous success in profitable growth, compliance with company policies and practices in areas and meeting customer expectations
2. Monitor key operation indicators and business conditions that could impact strategic and operational direction. Communicate these changes in a timely manner to senior management
3. Works with Sales and Marketing to ensure customer satisfaction relative to delivery, cost and quality
4. Responsible for operation planning/budget preparation, as well as monitoring budget performance and performing variance analysis with Finance and Controlling
5. Benchmark operations of competing organizations and devise plans to incorporate appropriate technologies, processes and procedures to improve operational performance
6. Manages the operations costs, controls the materials management programs to enhance profitability
7. Determine the capital requirements for the operation and effectively manages the capital planning and spending, ensuring the efficient use of resources such as materials, equipment and manpower
8. Evaluate manufacturing techniques to include equipment, process flow, manpower and materials and makes recommendations to senior management
9. Prepare necessary reports on labor utilization, productivity, material utilization and manufacturing expense, etc explaining any variances
10. Build, develop and manage a effective management team and succession
11. Proven ability to effectively select, develop, coach, empower, and motivate employee to ensure growth in their scope of responsibility and accountability for operational excellence
12. Be responsible for organizing and holding administrative meetings and Deliver necessary reports on business activities, performance, expectations and actions in timely manner
13. Review and sign all outgoing administrative and business documents which are made in the name of company
14. Handle company's urgent and incidental issues
15. Interface with local government related

Qualification&Capability Requirements (to defined correctly)能力及素质要求:
1. Bachelor degree or above in automotive, mechanical engineering, metal materials, quality or related study
2. Interested in product and process technology and have a very good technical understanding capability
3. At least 5 years of manufacturing experience in Auto Parts Industry, of which 3 years as management role
4. Familiar with the working processes in the automotive manufacturing companies, especially in the automotive industry
5. Basic commercial/financial knowledge to identify operational result and potentials
6. Experienced leadership ability to motivate influence, develop, and empower employees to achieve objectives with a team approach
7. A strong and mature leader in a fast moving manufacturing environment
8. Ability to identify and understand cause–effect relationships, identify key issues and define and implement effective business solutions
9. Coaching and developing subordinates
10. Excellent communication and people management skills
11. Demonstrated ability to work under pressure
12. Strong cross-cultural understanding
13. Excellent Language communication in both written and spoken
14. German is preferred
