Job Description工作描述:

1.Produce CNC programs in the UGI NX
2.Select the Tool for the program
3.Simulate the CNC program in the UGI NX
4.Work together with tools supplier do for cutting tests and select for the tool and make PR
5.Get the drawings from the SAP and UGI NX
6.Put the times for in the SAP
7.Create work plans
8.Retraction of the programs on the machine
9.work together with the German development department
10.Make programs for 5 aches machines
11.Work with the DNC to bring the Programs to the machines
12.TMS (Tool Management System) put 3D drawings behind the tools and give them numbers.
13.Work together with the production and development department bring new input in the Company
14.Create for Fixtures on the and select them .

Qualification and Specification要求:

？Metal material or machining engineering bachelor degree
？Above 8 years programming experiences, including 5 years SAP and UGI NX experiences.
？Good knowledge machines and Tools equipment.
？Knowledge of quality control tools, such as PFMEA, SPC, PFD, etc.
？Good command English both in written and verbal.
？Knowledge in TDM
？Skilled with Microsoft based software.
？Good Knowledge in CAM/CAD UGI NX SAP
？Good Knowledge about the Siemens 840D and 840DSL
