Key Responsibility主要职责:

在部门目标下，设计工装夹具，并和工艺工程师共同完成新产品的生产引进以及工装夹具的设计优化。高效的工作效率，和持续的产品优良品质。

Job Description工作描述:

1 按照生产要求设计工装夹具，并负责新产品的试生产及产品移交。
2 根据生产要求持续改进工装夹具的设计。
3 如需要，支持相关部门进行零部件的国产化工作。
4 其他有机加工经理布置的工作。

Qualification and Specification要求:

1 Bachelor or master degree, major in mechanical/Mechatronic/Electronic engineering,机械、机电一体化或电子专业大学本科或硕士毕业
2 Good command of English, can use English as working language, can listen, read, speak and write in English良好的英语读说听写能力，能使用英语作为工作语言
3 years experience in fixture design experiences, experiences for machining tools is preferred. 3年以上机加工工装夹具设计经验。数控机床制造企业工作经验优先。
4 Good knowledge of tool selection and programming. 良好的刀具和编程知识。
5 Good command of UG and ProE.熟练掌握UG及ProE软件。
6 A good team player, a good problem solver具备团队合作精神，能独立解决问题
