- Handle the daily customs operations independently;
- Communicate with customs house and CIQ;
- Prepare documentation/license customs related;
- Update the policies issued by government, analyze the impact to business, as well as offer solutions;
- Customs related issue and relationship with customs, Commodity Inspection Bureau, Administrative Centers and police station (RX)
- Domestic transport for RX
- Reconcile the custom transactions with Accounting/Finance as needed;
- Coordinate for any possible visits by customs or logistics officers or involved associates;
- Any other possible jobs assigned by superintendent


Qualification:
- College degree or above in logistics administration or other related major;
- Above 3 years related working experience in multi-international companies;
- Familiar with customs regulations and process;
- Customs license holder
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Strong Customer Service oriented
- Mastery of common Windows software (Word, Excel),
- Experienced with ERP system
- Good written English
