职位描述
Position: HR Recruiting Lead
Location: Shanghai / Dalian
OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
- This position is responsible for handling recruiting tasks from customers related to HR Services.
- Clarify the needs of the customer, answer customer inquiries related to Recruiting Case Progress
- Assist in the resolution of the concerns of the customer. Educate the customer when necessary, Help identify and resolve conflicts.
- Ensure all client data is kept secure. Be responsible for compliance against Company’s and its client’s policies and procedures regarding client data security, client data confidentiality and data protection (including treatment of both Personal and Sensitive Personal Data).
Responsibilities/Authorities
- Ensure team members receive appropriate reports and information regarding their performance and understand the material and global/local work instruction
- Coach individuals on performance improvement tactics while providing positive feedback to those performing above expectations.
- Ensure Quality Monitoring is complete on each team member in accordance with departmental policy.
- Determine training needs, oversee development of training material and participate in the execution of the departmental training plan.
- Interviewing and selection of customer service associates.
Administrative
- Maintain individual personal files for team members and document all performance improvement interactions.
- Ensure performance and attendance issues and addressed promptly and consistently.
- Delegate activities appropriately to ensure core objectives are met.
- Attend meetings to gather information affecting the Customer Support Team and communicate appropriately.
- Ensure Quality of service delivery
- Customer Service
- Handle internal and external customer issues requiring “management” attention.
- Display a high level of customer service in all activities, setting the appropriate examples.

- Ability to operate with a large degree of autonomy and independence
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor Degree
Language: Excellent English in both Oral & Written, Mandarin,
Work Experience: Minimum of 8 years experience in HR or Recruiting Area, preferably 3+ years in a supervisor role;
