BASIC PURPOSE AND FUNCTION:
- Accounts Payable
-Deal with the day-to-day payment related activities to vendors and employees;
-Perform 3-way or 2-way match of invoices in Fourth Shift;
-Manage payment process to ensure the correctness, accuracy and compliance of terms;
-Respond to and resolve vendor and employee inquires;
-Process the monthly closing;
-Accounts Receivable
-Perform cash receipts in Fourth Shift;
-Issue VAT invoices and prepare VAT reconciliation on a monthly basis;
-Coordinate with import/export agency to trace the payments from customers abroad and conduct quarterly reconciliation with the import/export agency;
-Deposit cash/Bank Notes to the bank;
-Prepare and review AR Aging Report, pass the over-due invoices information to accountable Sales for further actions;
-Process the monthly closing ;
-Inventory & Costing
-Update standard cost in Fourth Shift according to buyer’s request;
-Assist with year-end stock take;
-Fixed Assets
-Reasonable understanding of capital expenditure budget and control;
-Prepare monthly depreciation journal and generate in Fourth Shift;
-Support FA register and physical count;
-General Ledger & Tax
-Submit weekly/monthly cash balance report;
-Prepare monthly Account Reconciliations;
-Work together with Tax Consulting Firm to ensure the compliance of all statutory tax requirements;
-Prepare monthly accrual journals and generate in Fourth Shift;
-Prepare periodic financial/management reports;
-Liaise with internal and external auditors;
-Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies.

SKILLS (Manual, Self expression, Planning, Organizing):
Proficient in practicing Microsoft office, especially excel;
Experience & knowledge with ERP solution (Oracle, 4th shift or similar) is a plus


EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE (Minimum required):
- University degree holder with professional accounting qualification preferred (e.g. CPA, ACCA)
- 1+ years of professional experience in a multinational company is preferred
- Good command of both oral and written English
- Reasonable understanding of US & PRC GAAP differences
- Quick learner
- Good self-control and time management
- Able to work under pressure
