I. POSITION PURPOSE:
Make preventive and corrective maintenance for facility in AGCO plant;
Support new facilities’ layout, installations, acceptance and operator training;
Continuously improve facility performance, spare part control and reduce maintenance cost;
Provide technical supports to other functions;


II. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITY: KEY MEASUREMENT:
? Safety ? 0 accident
? Preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance ? Downtime; MTTR; MTBF; OEE%
? Spare parts control ? Regular define the spare part list and limits
? Continue improvement ? Cost; facility reliability
? Finish temporary tasks from maintenance supervisor or manager. ? No delay

III. FUNCTIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
Good knowledge and management experience for water supply and sewerage, air conditioner, air compressor, fire-fighting system, waste water treatment, (boiler), air purification system, lights, buildings;
Knowledge of ISO 14000;
Clear PRC’s legal requirement for facility safety;


IV. BUSINESS EXPERTISE:
Understand ISO9001 (or ISO/TS16949) request for facility management;
Necessary knowledge for industrial engineering; mechanical; pneumatic;
Basic SAP system knowledge maintenance module.


V. LEADERSHIP/PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
This role has no leadership function, but a team leader experience will be preferred.

Active work attitude; good communication skill; quick reaction; on time escalation;
Strong logical thinking; able to find out root cause by using objective problem solving methods;


VII. NATURE OF IMPACT
This role can make decision to stop related facility in case of safety problem or emergency.
This role can refuse the tasks or stop activities which against legal safety requirement or company safety regulation.


VIII. AREA OF IMPACT:
This role will directly take the safety responsibility for facility in the plant.


IX. INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Internally, this role will work with related department operators / team leaders; process engineers; EHS engineer and other AGCO’s maintenance people;
Externally, this role will work with the service people from OEMs, spare part suppliers. On the other hand, he need build good relationship with related government such as power supply bureau, fire-fighting bureau, water supply and sewage bureau.

X. QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE :
Above college education; major in water supply and sewerage engineering; mechanical and electrical integration or related field.
Good computer skills for Microsoft word, excel;
Good skill of AutoCAD operation;
> 3 years Hands-on maintenance and management experience of facility;
Can work in different shifts and can work overtime for urgent tasks;
Work experience in Multinational Corporation is preferred;
Technical English skill is preferred;
